Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable Situations

Products that show signs of use, or where the issue is a change of mind after use, may not be eligible for return. Please check size, colour and product details carefully before ordering.

Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds are made via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer. For online payments, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
